Our coaches are central to our ability to offer candidates the live coaching and case interview experience that is so critical to their subsequent success at interview. Unlike many of our competitors, all our coaches are senior consultants who have interviewed real candidates on behalf of many of the leading international consulting firms. Our coaches know what the consulting firms are looking for because they have been there themselves. They have been the recruiters interviewing candidates for their firms. They are the people trusted by their consulting organisations to make the hiring decisions.

We are constantly on the look out for experienced management consultants to join our network of experienced coaches. We are seeking coaches with the following background and profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with a leading consulting firm
  • In-depth knowledge of consulting industry and the case interview process
  • Direct experience of screening and interviewing prospective consulting candidates
  • A strong desire to coach aspiring consulting candidates and help them achieve their dream career in consulting
