About our services
Around 90% of candidates get rejected at the recruitment stage. It is therefore critical that you put your best foot forward with a clear and persuasive cover letter and CV that optimised for the consulting screening criteria. We offer the following application services:
- Application Screening - we will review your cover letter and CV, and assess it based on typical consulting criteria. You are provided with clearly actionable recommendations to improve your current applications documents. We will also identify any weaknesses against the typical screening criteria used by the consulting firms, and suggest recommended steps to address these gaps
- Cover Letter / CV Writing - You will complete a comprehensive proprietary questionnaire that has been designed to provide a comprehensive profile of your academic background, work experience, extra-curricula experiences and other skills. The questionnaire ensures that you do not leave out anything that could potentially be used to strength your application. We then draft a cover letter and CV specifically based on your detailed profile, and optimised for the screening criteria used by consulting firms. The end result is a professional, clearly laid out application that is designed to maximise your chances of being selected for interview
Given the steep learning curve, there is no substitute for live practice when it comes to preparing for the interview stage of the consulting recuitment process. Our practice case interviews are delivered by experienced consultants with previous direct experience of interviewing candidates for leading international firms. We draw upon an an extensive library of case questions that cater to a range a levels of experience and consulting entry points.
Each scheduled case interview sessions lasts 60 mins, with the interview taking around 40 mins. At the end of the formal interview, you will be given immediate feedback on your performance, and coaching on any specific areas for development identified during the interview. You will also have the opportunity to ask the interviewer any specific questions you have about consulting or the recruitment process. Following the interview, you will also receive a more detailed written evaluation report assessing your performance against the typical assessment criteria used by consulting firms.
Case interviews can be booked immediately in signing up via an online scheduling system. Case interviews can be booked up to 30 days in advance, and with as little as 24 hours notice. You can purcahse interviews individually, or as a package. There is also an option to have the interview recorded, with the recording then available for ypu to download.
Our interviews are delivered using state-of-the-art video conference technology with Dolby Voice. Dolby Voice is a breakthrough in audio for online interviews, allowing participants to hear clearly and communicate naturally, as if they were in the same room. You will be given a link to the scheduled case interview video conference meeting, which can be accessed via desktop, tablet or mobile.
