Your resume / CV and cover letter will be screened by one of our experienced consultants based on the screening criteria typically used by consulting firms.

Candidates receive:

A detailed screening report that assesses the strength of their application based on the screening criteria typically used by consulting firms
Recommended actions to strengthen the application based on the assessed areas of strength and weakness
Reviewer-annotated copies of both the cover letter and resume / CV, highlighting any spelling, grammar or phrasing issues
Feedback on the formatting / layout of the documents

How does it work?

1. You upload your Resume and Cover Letter

As soon as you sign up for an application assessment, you will be emailed a link that you can use to upload your existing application documents (cover letter and resume / CV).

We prefer word format, but can work with all standard document formats (e.g. .pdf, .odt, .html, .rtf).

2. We review your documents

Your cover letter and resume / CV are assessed by an experienced consultant based on the screening criteria typically used by management consulting firms.

Your documents are corrected for any spelling / grammer mistakes, and additional corrections are made to the document layout and phrasing as required.

For word format documents, tracked changes are used so you can see all edits that have been made to the documents.

3. We complete a full screening assessment

Our expert consultants screen your application using the same assessment criteria that are typically applied by major consulting firms.

A detailed report is completed that sets out your performance against each of these criteria, together with supporting commentary.

4. We provide recommended further actions

Based on the results of the detailed screening assessment, our expert coaches will then develop specific recommendations to improve the strength of your overall application.

These recommendations are specifically tailored to each individual, and are based on our extensive experience of screening applications for many of the leading consulting firms.
